Divine Perfection
Sometimes it's hard to see the divine perfection in our lives on a day to day basis. We get caught up in the moment and life can seem to hard and unfair. I have a friend that recently went through an ordeal with his house. In 2007 his farm burned down. He built it from the ground up. He had planted every tree, built every building, and cared for every animal. He lost his 10 acres of farm land, 1000 fruit trees, several buildings, barns and approximately 100 animals. He sat down and cried when he went out to see his beloved farm after the fires. Now, had I mentioned that somehow this was divinely perfect for him in that moment he probably would have bit my head off. But, somehow I knew this was divine intervention and so did he. Then in 2009 his business all but evaporated when the economy tanked and he got behind on his mortgage payments.
