Inner Chaos/Inner Peace

Each day I log on to my computer to check emails. Of course, I end up looking at the headlines of different websites and am saddened by what I see. It seems that we are all caught up in the drama of our daily lives, who's right/who's wrong, who's winning/loosing, who's killing (not too much on who's saving) and it goes on and on. I'm not saying that these things are irrelevant and ought to be ignored, but I do think we are a "blame it on the other person" society taking no responsibility for ourselves. What I mean by that is, the chaos going on inside of our own heads. The thoughts that are never ending, always categorizing, judging and evaluating. Thinking about yesterday's conversation, tomorrows plans, criticizing ourselves/others, blaming everyone else for our own unhappiness/discontent.
